Etched-foil silicone heating elements

  

Description
Elmat Etched Foils are flat flexible heaters, fit for a number of applications where this feature is a key factor. They can be manufactured in almost any size and shape. Elmat Etched Foils can be fixed with self-adhesive tape, by clamping or lacing, using springs or snap fasteners. Following insulation materials can be used: rubber, silicon, mylar, kapton, teflon, nomex, mica, neoprene, fiberglass. Adjustable thermostats can be installed on the heater, silicone-protected.

Pockets for probes or housings for thermostat bulbs can be applied according to customer's specifications
Maximum dimensions with standard production equipment: 2350 x 600 mm (can be incremented with multiple-heater connections)
VDE approval for the major part of the production range
Tests according to EN 60335-1 and EN 50106 standards
